Currency and Payment Methods

 

All prices in the Nomad Shop are in USD. We accept most major debit and credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, etc.)

Pro tip: Use your favorite travel card to obtain miles on your purchase.

 

Size and Fit

 

All items in the Nomad Shop are unisex. Please use the available sizing chart attached to each item. Remember to verify the size as returns based on the wrong size aren't eligible for return.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

All returns must be filed within 14 days of purchase. If an item is returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. (Unless the item is defective.) Please contact sales@novaturientnomads.com before submitting a return and we will help you get the order returned.

 

Shipping your order

 

Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving the order. Once processed, the item is sent out for shipping. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Packages are shipped via USPS and shipping is currently available in the US and Canada only.
